for 1898, with 7 1/2in. barrel signed by the maker, shaped ejector-rod, solid frame void of patent markings, the cylinder arbor held by a side-mounted frame-screw, fluted six-shot cylinder, iron grip-straps and trigger-guard, chequered hard rubber grips (worn smooth in places), refinished in antiquity with some loss to detail
